Hi, I'm Gwen
I’ve always believed that great design is more than what you see on the screen — it’s the system behind it, the team that creates it, and the workflow that makes it possible.
My journey began in motion design, where I learned to tell stories through movement and imagery. Over time, I became fascinated not only by the creative output, but also by how design teams work: how templates, libraries, and workflows can either empower creativity or slow it down. That curiosity led me from designing graphics myself to building the structures and cultures that make creativity scalable.
Since 2018, I’ve combined my creative background with team development and workflow leadership. I’ve guided designers through adopting new tools, streamlined how teams collaborate, and introduced future-focused practices like AI learning sessions and ethical discussions around technology. In May 2024, I stepped into the role of Design Manager for a team of 34 designers, where my focus is on mentorship, skill growth, and shaping the department’s portfolio for the future.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: design should be intuitive, cohesive, and empowering. Whether I’m mentoring a colleague, giving a talk about AI, or aligning a brand’s identity across platforms, my goal is always the same — to create clarity in complexity and help creativity thrive at scale.
