Since 2018, I’ve led the implementation of the Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries at SWR, crafting templates and building a quality assurance workflow. Today, over 1,100 creatives worldwide use our 150+ libraries with more than 3,500 assets — a system that accelerates creativity, ensures consistency, and yields approximately €13 million in annual savings.

What began with my solo template work has grown into a 12-person expert team (6 template designers and 6 QA managers) in 5 years. Together, we’ve defined workflows, established standards, and created a framework that makes design scalable — for production teams, editorial users, and beyond.

Branding & Digital Projects
Alongside building operational infrastructure, I served as Art Director for Social Media Packages and Corporate Branding for numerous in-house brands. In today’s digital environment, where audiences scroll through endless content, brand cohesiveness is essential: every post must be instantly recognizable, consistent in tone, and aligned with the larger identity.
By creating unified templates, motion graphics, and visual guidelines, I ensured that each asset contributed to a strong and coherent brand presence. This consistency not only improved production speed, but also strengthened audience trust and recognition across platforms. The results were clear: these branded packages were pivotal in driving digital growth, expanding reach, and deepening engagement for SWR’s social channels.
Technical Depth & Creative Breadth
From Photoshop scripting and After Effects expressions to Essential Graphics template creation — I blend automation with aesthetics. My work bridges design, technical toolkit creation, and management to deliver consistency and high quality with streamlined workflows.
